I will drive miles before I return to this establishment. I will drive miles before I return to this establishment. Dirty power steering and brake fluid. I would have understood if you would have con me with transmission or brake fluid flush. The first visit I was told that I needed a new battery and I had just replaced my battery a year ago. In addition, the place is dirty. I had my car serviced in both Arizona and Iowa and this establishment is just filthy.

Very unhappy customer. Three weeks after the purchase was made I received a bill for over milage on the car that was being turned in. All people involved never stated anything about the fact that there maybe a bill due.

I do not know the name of the lady that greeted me at the beginning. I have to say, she was nice, but I had made an appointment in advance for my service and it was apparently with someone else. All I was getting was the first oil change and tire rotation. I have a service plan that I am paying for. I found out the person on my case was Victor Chavarria. He never introduced himself to me. I waited for two hours just to get an oil change with an appointment. I was then charged over $90 for this oil change and tire rotation. I... read more

I drove 5 hours to this dealership after they sent me photographs of a used car. The car appeared to be in great shape with a built in navigation unit and super clean leather interior. Upon arrival, the car that they sent me pictures of was parked out front and the condition of it was so bad I thought it must've been the wrong vehicle and that the one I came to look at was parked somewhere else. Our experience here was a nightmare! Thank goodness my husband and I had a clause written into our sale allowing 24 hours to get our vehicle inspected before the sale was final. We knew exactly which two models we were interested in and when we first walked into the dealership sales office we were greeted with "Uh, are you guys here to see someone?" instead of any sort of acceptable or standard greeting. May 4, 2012 I had an appointment at Ed Voyles Honda, Marietta, Ga. with Ed Price, service manager, as I had previously been in there 4 times to try to get some assistance in getting the Homelink programmed . I arrived 15 minutes early, and was told by Dan, service , that Ed was out on an emergency, but he would ask the service manager( Jody) if he could help. My Accord was totalled, so we wanted to replace it with the CR-V. We went to the dealership on Sunday and were assisted by David. He did not do a thorough overview of the vehichle (which we didn't realize until we left); he only told us about the Eco button, the rear folding seats, and the conversation mirror. This dealership did not have the color vehichle that we wanted, nor were they willing to negotiate on price. Beware of this dealer! They reneged on the deal for a three month subscription for SiriusXM Radio. My salesman also began to yell at me in the parking lot after the Sirius XM was installed and called me names. Also I was sold "gap Insurance" after I told them I did not want it. Shoddy dealing with this dealership. Be VERY careful with your deal.

Beware! They gave me a quote on a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation. The quote was $6,000 below the dealer invoice, $10,000 below MSRP. I called Colville Mackenzie, the sales representative back immediately and asked if we were talking about the same car. He confirmed that yes, it was a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navigation, that this was the price his sales manager gave him, and that they "were in the business of selling cars."
