The car we bought used (2004 Honda Element) seems to be good so far, but we were given a single after-market (not genuine Honda) key that 'failed' after 3 weeks. This means the car would not start. We were not told about this key up front. Neither were we told that it is 'prone to failure' (according to technician at the dealership). It was up to us to have the car towed to the dealership so they could make a new key. In addition, no one would 'take charge' of the situation; we were passed from person to person - there seems... read more

I think the gent's name was Don; I can't be sure. When I told him I was a couple of weeks away, he looked at me like I had open sores on my mouth. Horrible, horrible, horrible. What is up with this mentality? This is not 1979; we have the internet, we have information. I ended up going over to Duluth to Gwinnett Place Honda and working with Lenny Hamilton and Dennis Walton. Lenny came out and explained to me that he was working with a very young couple at the time and was making sure that all of their questions were answered... read more

The experience with this dealership was HORRENDOUS! The bottom line for these guys is getting a commission on their check they could care a less about you as a consumer. My husband purchased a vehicle after being suckered into paying $1100 over the listed price, and further was told to just leave a post dated check, which I advised against strongly. VERY long story short, after the completion of this deal the Manager stated the registration would be put into the system and would be visible to any officer should we be pulled ... read more

Not a good experience at this dealership. But I do think that not all experiences are the same so I will only take this personally. I dont expect that everyone has the same bad experience that I had. In fact my mom has recently purchased a car here and had a great experience. I am a first time car buyer, and maybe thats the reason we were treated as we were. We arrived hoping to speak with another salesman who we had spoken with in the past but he had already left for the day so we were giving Ricke. We began by telling him ... read more

The salesman was great the sales manager was also great. The problem was in Finance. I sent a friend to purchase a car there. He did get a great deal. However when he got to Finance they reprinted the paper work and charged him an additional 2,500 dollars and I went up there the next day with him to get it fixed because he didnt know what he was signing and TONY CARABALLO gave me this two minute spill about the bank wouldnt finance him so they had to add money to his loan as a down payment to the bank. What a bunch of crap. ... read more

Beware the "Bait & Switch"! My salesman (Bob Newsome) was great: friendly, helpful, low-pressure. I signed a lease on a new car and left the dealership happy. BUT, one month later, I was called back in to sign a new lease. The first one had been rejected by Honda. The dealership took the opportunity to change the terms, including the sales price of the car, which is the basis for the monthly lease payment. The finance staff turned up the heat and said I could sign the new lease or leave them my car. Be careful with these guy... read more

If you are looking to buy a used car, I recommend to stay far away from these people. I had a real shoking experience. David - the sales rep had us see cars from outside the first time we were there, and asked us to come back the next day to do a test drive as they were almost closing. When we went there the next day, he had us drive one honda accord. We asked him if we could see other cars close to our budget and he refused to do so saying this was the only car that suited us the best. I had seen honda cars in my budget ran... read more

Took to Honda after visiting independent tire shop who pointed out that the alignment bolts had not been properly tightened in the previous service. Honda refused to take responsibility and charged for replacement in addition to replacing tie rods and bearings in front wheels along with a tire and wheel. (As he kept adding to the price it finally topped out at $1200 for a job that had been estimated at $860.) Next day the mud flap that had been broken in the repair process came loose and hoping that Ed Voyles might take some... read more

If you want to be treated badly and be abused by a sales rep, go to Voyles. Otherwise, stay away, stay far, far away! Our experience with them was shocking. Sales rep never introduced himself nor asked us our names, behaved as if we were bothering him by asking about three cars they advertised for sale, told us the cars had been sold the day before when they were sitting there on the lot, did not walk "with us" through the lot (walked far ahead), would not open up the cars to let us look inside, etc. We left there and went t... read more
