Service was excellent and staff is efficient and friendly.
I took the car in because I had to have AAA start it because the battery would not start the car. This is a 2016 Honda CRV and this is my 3rd battery. Luckily I have not paid for any of the batteries because under warranty. It appears every 1.5 years I will need a new battery. Honda needs to find out what is draining these batteries. I have two friends that have a 2014 and they have only installed one battery in their SUVs.
