Wife dropped car off for oil change, come to pick it up with a $545 charge. No phone call, no quote. This is absolutely unacceptable and honestly ludicrous that one can assume a customer is okay with a $500 hike on their oil change without any customer confirmation.

Sales person didn’t deliver on what was quoted over the phone his name is Leo. Leo didn’t email quote as requested and he said he would email the quote he quoted over the phone. Untrustworthy

Terrible arrogant sales reps Bought a van from their used lot. Drove it home started rattling. Brought it back the next day, they refused to even look at. Then my daughter was in the market for a jeep renegade. She spoke to them on the phone they made a deal over the phone, her and my wife drove an hour then they said they really couldn't do that and tried to say they would lose money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ! They have broken used cars for sale on their lot! I purchased a 2016 honda civic around 12/22 from Damon which included in the purchase the repair of cosmetic issues before officially picking the car up (bumper dented, wipers in working condition, and a clean car). When I returned to pick up the car, the repairs (in writing) were not completed to satisfaction. There were crumbs all over the place and the cup holder had a sticky film among other things. Third trip on warranty issue 2018 Honda minivan. Wiper fluid didn't work. Brought into honda voyles. Left 6 hours later saying everything is fixed. Wife's car :) two weeks later she gets email part has arrived. I asked does the wipers work. She said no. Made appointment came in and the part they order was already fixed but the motor was bad. Of course wasnt told this until 4 hours of waiting. They ordered part. Was told 1.5 hours maximum. 2.5 hours later still waiting. Too much haggling The Ed Voyles Honda Dealership on Cobb Parkway is a bust. Car salesmen at this establishment are the epitome of what poor business practices look like, and prefer to rip the buyer off than to get cars off their lot. If dealerships keep moving in this fashion, they will eventually lose out on all future consumers. Still shady after 25 years Nothing has changed. Lived in Marietta for 15-yrs., bought vehicles from EVH and had some service done. 40% good, rest absolutely horrible. Moved away then back. Almost 13-yrs later, my son turns 16 and worked hard to save-up money to get his first car. Figured lets see if EVH has changed. Trade-In I was looking to trade in my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe. I was called by Jackie Herndon twice within two weeks because I had bought my car in for new Spark plug. I was told that I would need a timing belt soon., so I decide that I wanted a new vehicle, why make repairs on a car that you are still financing. F & I Department Stay away from there F & I Department. Do not give them your SSN don’t even give then your last 4 digits either. The vehicle I purchased was awesome, but don’t let them handle any of your financing under any circumstance. Suggest Credit Unions are your own bank.
