The most deceitful sales team I ever came across My friend was shopping around for a Odyssey Touring and he had a email price quote confirmation. When I walked into dealership, I clearly stated that if you they cannot honor the price quote 'they confirmed (via email), we don't want to waste our time at dealership. First of all, the sale guy (Frank) who confirmed the email price quote got dis-appeared. Not helpful We walked in on Sunday afternoon to look at an Oddysey. We were greeted by Marty and shown a vehicle in the showroom. The battery on the car was disconnected so we were unable to open the trunk door. He did not offer to pull around a vehicle so we could view all the features. He was unable to provide pricing information. Overall he seemed uninterested in gaining our business. We will not be back.

Bait and Switch Stay away from this dealership. They advertise one price on the Internet. When you call and inquire they change the price. Even when you show them the print out with the advertised price and wording "print ad to receive quoted price" they say that is a cash price. If you want the car fixed you have to pay the new price. Not worth it. They ask you to stay so they can work things out (crunch numbers). Then when they find out you are reviewing their practices they rudely ask you to leave. Never going back!

They don't pay for the car they bought I sold my car to them last Friday and now they still haven't paid me a penny for it. When I was in the store last Friday, they said I could get the money right away but then told me I could get the check the next Monday. On this Monday, they said it was still not ready and would mail it. Now it has been one week and I still don't have the check. I contacted them four times and they just didn't RESPOND. Horrible customer service Terrible experience with Joe Leggett. Having purchased a new 2013 Odyssey Touring Elite from this dealer a couple of years ago I thought my experience would be similar. Instead my text exchange with Joe was more like negotiating with a prideful child trading baseball cards. His responses to my offer and wanting to negotiate remotely(I live in Chattanooga, TN) were met with snarky responses and a refusal to negotiate without me sitting in the showroom. Rip-off!!!!! I did my oil change with standard maintenance on my Honda. They did the multipoint check and all was perfect but they told me to bring back my car for a recall. After the recall, on the same multipoint check, I got 3 points which required immediate fix.....and the recall visit was 2 days after the maintenance visit. They recommend reparation for about 3000USD. It means they didn't perform the check during the first visit (but I paid for that) or they push for repair on the second visit. Avoid this Dealer Gabriel was by far the most unprofessional car salesman I have ever worked with. He tried some bait and switch on me and when I confronted him about it. He hung up on me. Lack of class

worst dealership ever condescending rude inconsiderate that is the experience you will get from ed voyles Honda these days apparently management like to mock and ridicule there customers into buying from them don't waste you time go elsewhere i did and got a better deal the place has gone down hill will never go back.

Bad Bad Bad services.......... 4/8/2014 I bought a brand new 2014 Honda Ridgeline truck and I also purchased Remote Engine Start System II accessories and had Ed Voyles Honda dealership install this system to get the warranty of 3 years or 36,000 miles that is offered when installed at the time of new vehicle purchase. 4/23/2014 I dropped off my truck at 9:00 am and waited until 2:00 pm.
