Long Term Impact As a young man I purchased my first new car in 1986, a Honda CRX. When I went into the Ed Voyles Honda dealership at the time they treated me like dirt. I had to ask for a salesman to show me a car. The salesman acted like he could care less about showing me the car and did not even offer me a test drive. Generally quite rude and the epitome of the public's stereotype of car salespeople. Will not deal with informed buyers I worked through the internet sales department to get best price with trade for a new Honda Pilot, before making a visit to the dealer. My trade offer was 5k below every other dealer and the net difference between their best offer and my final purchase was 8K. Worked with both the internet sales manager and her boss and they did not want to do business with an informed buyer, who had done research on invoice price, trade in and resale value on my trade. Worst Dealer I walked into This is one of the worst dealers i walked into i would say. They just cook up any numbers they want to get you to the dealership. I understand you have fine prints on all quotes but at least when we talk one to one over email and Text you are supposed to tell us which discounts apply and which do not apply to me They gave me a quote of 19100 for Honda civic 2017 and when i walked in they said it had fine prints, so price would be 20700, because you don't qualify for military and recent graduate whi... read more
Buyer Be VERY Aware! Lying management and incompetent staff! Our family has bought 4 (FOUR!) brand new cars from this dealership. Ed Voyles Honda refuses to fix our car that loses more than 1 quart of oil every 750 miles or so (YES, QUART!!). Somehow this is acceptable to them, and although the problem has been acknowledged by corporate Honda on MANY models, mine is an 09 Accord, they refuse to fix my faulty car. Eremely poor customer service The used sales associate was rude and extremely condescending when I refused to by a car because he would not negotiate the price. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM. EVER. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER AND AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALLBACK SINCE I GOT A VOICEMAIL. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mislead on lease of Honda Fit AWFUL misleading people! Beware dealing with them! I leased a 2015 Honda Fit for my daughter with them about a year ago. Turns out she is going to grad school so she had to break the lease or buy the car. Seemed that buying the car would make economic sense, so I purchased car. When I leased the car they said the ad valorum taxes of over $1000 would be credited if I bought the car. When my daughter went to register the title, turns out Georgia makes you pay the taxes AGAIN! Ed Voyeles Honda Misinformation! Make sure you do not get mislead into buying things like the car warranty, which can only transfer from a car bought from the same dealership. Just be careful!
This dealership is not a good reflection of the Honda brand Ryan basically treated me like an inconvenience when I purchased a new Honda Fit from him. Rohan was good at following up with some issues I had with my purchase; Pete, the general manager, not so much as my phone calls to him were never returned. If I ever purchase another Honda (not likely at this point), it sure won't be from Ed Voyles Honda, and I sure won't be taking my Fit here for service.
Had a great salesperson! But got the worse approved prices Wanted to buy a new 2016 Civic EX. Did all of my research, such as published invoice prices, features and the like. Looked at rebates, if applicable. Visited the three dealers in the metro Atlanta area physically, then switched all of them, plus 4 others to internet and texting contact only.
