Steve Goins acted in bad faith I was not going to purchase my 2018 Honda CR-V until Steve Goins, the finance person, promised to "throw in" several warrantees, (7 year , 5 year, and 4year.) This is why I bought it. Today, as I examined the sales contract, I realize that I paid $3304 for the warranties I was told would be thrown in. I feel like a sucker. I was newly widowed, and had never bought a new car by myself. Congratulations Ed Voyles Honda! You cheated a 70 year old widow! Aren't you proud?

So so experience The car was sold to me without being detailed and with a screw in the back right tire. Also, the struts that hold the hood up are broken. When someone buys a car cash from you and gives you $10k cash, the dealership should go above and beyond to make you feel like they gave you a good deal. Unfortunately, in this occasion, this did not happen. I went back the next day to get the second set of keys and asked if I can get the car detailed since it was filthy on the inside and if they can get the screw out and ... read more

The worst I’m currently sitting and waiting on my car in service. I was told when I made my appointment that there would be a shuttle service to transport me as long as I met the 10 mile cut off. I met that. I knew my car was going to take a while as it was some things that needed to be checked out that was going to require them to have my car for a lengthy amount of time . Which is why I double checked when I made the appointment that I would have a way back home . The shuttle driver comes up to me ,I’m expecting to get in ... read more

Wasted trip. Go elsewhere if possible. My check engine light came on yesterday so naturally I wanted to find out what the general issue was. I called to ask for a code read but was continuously pushed towards the $65 diagnostic that takes time vs the free read that's pretty much instant. Finally, the rep "allowed" me to come on in for a free code read. I get there within the time frame he suggested only to have him tell me that the "one" code reader they have for the entire service center was left in the car of one of his co... read more

Know your inventory Called this evening and spoke with a sales person by the name of Daniel. I asked him specifically if they had the make and model car in stock that I was looking for. He confirmed with me they had many in-stock. I was prepared emotionally and financially to do business and lease the car. Daniel assured me they would give the best deal possible as the dealership was under construction and it is the end of the month. It took me 40 minutes to get there due to Atlanta traffic. When I arrived he was waiting for... read more

Car purchase What started off as a great experience has quickly changed my mind about ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Purchased a 2007 Chevy Tahoe for my daughter. Took 4 days to get the vehicle due to it being a recent trade in and had to be inspected and detailed. She drove it for less than 2 weeks before being stranded on the side of the road due to a busted heated hose and overheating. Then come to find out they sold me a vehicle without disclosing a air bag recall on it. Talk about legal ramifications he... read more

Just Awful Customer Service Before I was even able to take my car in, I called them for 3 days and left over 10 voicemails and still no one called me back. Finally on the third day, I asked the front desk agent to not blind transfer me to their phones. Finally, I was able to get some answers and brought my car in. The agent that took my car in seemed very unconcerned when I told him I tried calling a few times. He even mentioned he probably got one of my voicemails but left it at that. He checked my car in with not a lot of ... read more

Flim flam Had an "out the door" price on a new Honda Accord from the dealer that included a 25k trade in value certified by CARMAX and NADA same day. Test drive and discussions were good. Then the written purchase order was presented with a trade in for 23.5k. Salesman says that's because there is a sales tax savings by trading the car in with them instead of selling to CARMAX. I respond "yes - I get the savings - not you." Then the sales manager comes in and does the same tap dance. I told him that was BS and left the deale... read more

Manager had to get involved Too many communication errors after manager got involved it fixed things! Rudeness was never addressed! Managers shouldn't always have to be involved with every situation.
