WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH ALERT! On May 30, 2023, I set out to purchase a new 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid. Initially, I visited Curry Honda and saw a 2023 Honda CRV-Hybrid Sport Touring in Canyon Blue Metallic. Despite loving the color, the salespeople's arrogance and borderline rudeness led me to take my business elsewhere. $600 for simple brake pads and installation on 4 wheels. That's close to $500 in labor charges for something that probably took them an hour to complete...outrageous
Update after buying a second vehicle. Unfortunately, while our sales person was excellent, finance told me my interest rate would increase without an extended warranty. I was also lied to about the price of the warranty. The entire experience was very uncomfortable, and not what I would expect when buying a $40,000 vehicle.
This dealership has the worst customer service. They leave your car out front with the keys in it unlocked and your favorite Tiffany sunglasses were stolen. You report it immediately and the service manager was to call you he did not call you call the manager and still no one calls you. Poor customer service they left my car outside unlocked not me and now they will not take responsibility for my loss. Terrible customer service, do not take your car here nor would I buy one here.

This dealership is very unprofessional. They do things their way which isn’t always the right way just to get a sale . When customers experiences issues because of this they play the customer. Once you don’t fall for the victimizing they will contact you from random different numbers trying to scare you into giving them the car back . I think this place is a all will do anything scamming xxx dealership. I scheduled an appointment online to test drive a Honda Civic Hatchback. I arrived for my appointment and the doors were locked and no one was there. No one answered the phone either. Hours are listed as 1pm to 5pm on Sundays. My appointment was at 2pm. I drove 40 minutes (nearly an hour and a half round trip)! I did receive an email from a salesperson when I scheduled the appointment. He asked me to call. I had to leave a message. He never returned my message. And then stood me up for my appointment!
