It starts with the Service Advisor, Mr. Gregory Shedrick, who patiently helps determine what type and level of service you need. From there the waiting room is comfortable, the coffee is surprisingly good, but if you want munchies take them with you! When my truck is finished, complete with exterior wash, Gregory comes and personally reviews the work performed and the trucks overall status. Super experience and the work is always first rate.

I had an appointment at 8:30 am, the service took longer that was suggested. I was ok with that, as last long as all my services were completed then. When I finally got my car back, drove it halfway home when the tire pressure light came on and had to take it back (from a tire rotation). It didn't get my car back till about 11am. They completed the services but the time was not acceptable.

They fixed the door that wouldnt unlock. They said the broken armrest was not covered by warranty. I thought it would be since the car only has 5200 miles on it?
