We went there to accompany our daughter when she purchased her car. The service was excellent. We had already tried a dealer on the other side of town and they were not helpful nor were they able to get the price and payments that our daughter needed. When we came to Ed Voyles there was a marked difference in customer service and willingness to please. We would definitely refer this dealer and especially this salesman to all of our friends.

This dealership had a great onsite collection of vehicles. The building was very clean and the staff friendly. Everything was done to be sure we were comfortable and got the vehicle we wanted when we wanted. Thank you very much for the very pleasant experience.

Called Erroll to see what he could do for me - again. He sold me a new 2008 Honda Civic EX-L coupe in July '09. I put 36k miles on the vehicle in 15-months between the call. Well, I gave him some difficult parameters & my friends told me there was no way that we could swing the deal... drove out with my 2009 Honda Civic Si. Love it; navigation, bluetooth and an some additional horses under the bonnet. Ed Voyles & Erroll McClean worked it out right both times... I had the pleasure of working with David K. He was very knowledgeable about the products and went above the call of duty when I wanted a service tech to look at my current Honda. David K personal called the service tech, set up the appointment and followed up with me. It was great service. I am about 3 months away from buying a new car, but David K was still interested in my needs and has even sent me email information about the two models I was thinking about. My visit to Ed Voyles Honda was the third Honda Dealership I went to within a 4 day period, the salesman Marty Hammerman was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable in what could be an unpleasant process. The Honda Accord that I was looking for was available in the color and also the extra options I was looking for. The price given to me was better then the other Honda dealers I went to. I felt very comfortable with the salesman (Marty). He discussed and showed me and demonstrated all of the features I was interested in seeing ... and I wanted to see everything. I bought my CR-V from him, and shortly afterwards I bought a Civic for my daughter from him. Later on, when it was time, I had my daughter buy her next car (hybrid) from him. I'm still in my CR-V and I still love it. They are very helpful, courteous, and responsive about maintenance service, and I drive there from out of town.

After deciding a Honda Accord was the car I wanted to buy; an all cash - no financing needed deal; I visited 4 dealerships. Ed Voyles was furthest from my home -about 28 miles -but i wanted to investigate all opportunities. My Dad told me buying a car could be easy if we went to the right place; he was right! We went to Ed Voyles and our entire visit from start to driving away in my new Civic took less than two hours. They played no pricing games; helped me find what I wanted at a price I could afford. My first new car buying experience was intense. My dad helped through the process and it was great to have a cool sales guy. He took the presure off and made it a fun experience. I love my civic and have to say i never thought it would be as easy as it was. If you need a new honda I would say go to Ed Voyles and ask for Richard.
