After scheduling appointment a 4 hours waiting time for oil change is not acceptable
Service rep was great,service was quicker than expected!
The overall experience was horrible. A small task as replacing my windshield wipers was not done correctly a simple oil change was not done correctly too much oil was added. Too much oil can create further problems. Just getting basic maintenance was horrible.
Liked courteous staff. Didn't like the charge to rotate tires, which they have always done, due to a damaged lug that I would have to pay over $330.00 to repair. Was never compensated for a plug that was not replaced at time of an oil change and would not have known til my alert showed on my screen.
I specifically asked if they top off fluids & confirmed they would- like washer fluid. I was charged $3 for 'solvent'- not sure what that is. BUT my washer fluid was still bone dry- not even partially topped off. I will not be returning as this was not the first issue I've had with this dealership. Very disappointing this time as it was something so simple.
I made an appointment for service. Waited for 2 hours only to be turned down and notified that there are no technicians to service my car. Definitely a waste of my time. I got my car serviced elsewhere.
Totally disappointed with the service provided. They returned the car to me after the service with the coolant level well below the minimum level. When I went back to complain, they told me it was normal. I'm not a mechanic, but I know it's not normal. I insisted and took the car back for inspection and they identified a leak in a hose. They then replaced all the hoses in the cooling system. They called me saying the car was ready. The technician did try to expedite my service; however, they did not actually inspect my tires. They put on the paperwork that all areas were good, but the 3 previous services records show that the tread has worn down between each service.
No communication at all too much back and forth and a waste of gas
