My latest two visits were disappointing. It raised questions about how expensive part repairs were being done.
Worst service center. No proper communication and support from service team.

The dealership broke a bolt. Nothing was fixed and I even had to pay.
My salesperson was great actually. It wasn't the saleswoman it was actually management and the dealership itself why I give 1 star. After I agreed to buy the loan and signed my paperwork for my loan the manager told me they wouldn't accept my promissory note from my loaner after agreeing to sale me the car. They then proceeded to sale the car to another buyer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else they have lost my business and anyone else associated with me.
weren't ready with my ordered part; had to pay a caretaker to care for my wife; said they would call me when part was in; didn't call; part came in on 4/25; poor service representative; now i have to pay someone else to stay with my wife so i can bring the car back in; this is the second service appointment that was not met by your service department
