I spent $225 (that's after having them remove over $100 of miscellaneous charges) for a new fuel cap and "smoke test" and still have the same issue. Manager has yet to return my calls. First and last time there.

I had a $200 service on my 2019 vehicle which included an oil change, tire rotation and rear differential service performed. I paid for the service and then I realized that they had not rotated my tires but they charged me for the tire rotation. I went back to speak with the Service Advisor and he lied to me and said they had rotated my tires. My rims are marked so I know that they did not actually rotate my tires. I asked to see a manager. ZERO STAR RATING - WARNING - If you live in the Atlanta area and are considering taking your Honda to Ed Voyles for service DON'T!! I usually don't go to a dealership for service, however there is a warranty recall which needs to be done by Honda, as well as a noise my car is making my regular mechanic can't diagnose and they suggested I take it to the dealer. Service technician was not very friendly and seemed bothered as I had questions to ask. I hope the next time I visit, I do not get stuck with the same unfriendly technician.

Didnt get the vehicle on time and the troubleshooting was not proper. Was charged $10 for a CR2032 remote battery!

They weren't very welcoming when I arrived. I stood outside my car for approximately 3 minutes as employee after employee walked past me, chatted with each other at their desks, and not one said hello or even acknowledged me. I finally had to walk over to an employee to get checked in for my service appointment.

I made a reservation for service and it took them more than 2 hours to complete just an oil change. What is the purpose of an appointment if the waiting time would be the same as for walk-ins?
