no different than other dealers. Made appointment 1 week in advance for recall work (fuel pump - 45 min. job ). Said I would wait. Day before I called to confirm appointment and was told I would have to wait all day, that the part may not be in stock. Sold my husband services that were absolutely not needed and took advantage of him because he was not knowledgeable enough. Charged me for services that were covered under warranty.
The service was completed on my vehicle. My advisor, Gregory, was awesome. He kept me well informed from beginning to end. There was an accident on-site in my vehicle with an individual in the parts department. I am currently awaiting the dealer to obtain a loaner vehicle so that I may drop my vehicle off for 2-4 days while the body work is completed.
The new service rep Aaron was great. However, my overall experience with the service department was not a good one. The technician was careless - left my hood open, I was unaware until on the expressway and also left tools laying around in my vehicle. Additionally, I felt haggled with the tire repair process as I was offered a new tire before attempting to repair the nail in tire. I was also quoted different tire repair prices.
Car was ready for over 3 hours. I had to call to find out my car was ready and the service center was closed by the time I arrived.
I experienced poor customer service and felt disrespected by the rude supervisor. They misled me about the service price to get me to come in and then chose to believe the person I spoke with on the phone over me. I even asked them to review the recorded phone call, knowing it was recorded, but my concerns were dismissed. To make matters worse, it was obvious that the service advisor and supervisor were gossiping about me after I tried to explain my situation. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience."
Wasted my time with two appointments. 1st time didn't have the part; second time didn't do the job. There was no third because I sold the car
Bad experience with service. Took longer and did not keep me informed and shoddy work
We had 10:45 AM appointment and didn't get out of there until 1:45 PM, we were there for an oil change, safety inspection and rotate tires. When we first purchased the car there it would normally take anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours and out the door. Their only exclamation was it is Friday and we are busy, well it shouldn't make any difference what day it is if we have an appointment. Very disappointed with the service, we will most likely purchase our next vehicle somewhere else.
