I was informed that OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) tires would be installed on my vehicle. I am very disappointed to have discovered that different, non-OEM tires were used without my consent. And I was charged the same amount of money. This is especially frustrating as I could have purchased these same tires elsewhere, cheaper with free labor. Despite my complaint, I have not been contacted or offered an apology for the issue.
They're morons. They just want to swap out parts because they don't know what they're doing.
Unacceptable and incomplete service.
A service was performed and billed on my car that was not requested or approved.
Awful. After waiting for 2.5 hours for a simple A1 service and checking on the status multiple times, I was told the service hadn't even started, that the shop's 'technology' had failed to register my car. I had to bring my car in again on a second day for a simple A1 service. I take my car to the dealership for the 'premium' service and pay the 'premium' price ... this was certainly not premium service.
Gio, the service rep, was very helpful, but the shop service was awful. After waiting 2.5 hours on my car for a simple A1 service, I was told the service hadn't been started, that the shop's "technology" didn't register my car. I had to take my car back in another day to complete the A1 service. I certainly expect (and pay) more from a dealership service shop.

Service was not performed as requested. Called and left messages with service manager and never received return call.
Have shared my comments with Honda dealership and zero response. Was told they would call to discuss and haven't heard a thing.
