When I called to inquire about getting my Honda serviced the receptionist never told me I needed an appointment so when I went in the next day at 10am the service rep told me I did and for that reason they didn't know how long before they could give me a diagnosis. So no, I didn't like that they kept my car for a whole day and then the next day the diagnostic came back that nothing was wrong with it! Also the customer service was awful. At least they washed my car and gave me a ride to and from work.
Scheduled appointment and after waiting multiple hours they had not even begun on the car! Less than apologetic and much less than professional in my book!!!
The Service Department did unnecessary work (brake fluid change at a cost of $191) when the same dealership did the same work only 5k miles ago. I've been unable to get a call back from the Service Manager after leaving multiple voice mails over the last 3 weeks to inquire about why the brake fluid change was recommended and done again.
Wouldn't even give them 1 star if that was an option. They did nothing, but tell me I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change, AFTER having an appointment.
The dealer delayed and misled about the status of the vehicle. The representative indicated the vehicle was not available due to "issues" which I later came to believe it was not available at the advertised price. The vehicle was later sold at a price almost double what was advertised on Carfax. I retained all documents and have considered reporting to regulators. Very disconcerting.
Well, I waited for 4 hours! I had an appointment. They said this was a busy time of year. I get it! That's what appointments are for. UGH!!!
Very Poor Customer Service.... I had a wait time of 3.5 hours after being told an oil change would take only 1.5 hours. Service Manager lacked communication and customer skills.
Im very disappointed. Brought my car in was told I needed a new battery and had an oil leak. Had both problems taken care of. Several days later had to jump my husbands car and noticed the same dirty battery still in the car. Went back to the dealership, they did apologize and changed out the battery. Was sent this email stating I needed to have my oil changed. That was done when the car was first brought in due to the oil leak. I will not bring my car back for further service.
I will not receive service at Ed Voyles Honda again. I was charged over $20 in non- disclosed service shop fees without my consent.
