8:30 appointment. Courtesy shuttle was a very long wait. At noon, I was told the car may or may not be ready by the end of the following day. I ended up not getting the most of the service done.

Went to inquire about rusting on my left rear wheel hub. Spoke with Service Advisor who even got Service Manager over. He said that it was "NORMAL" and that Honda would not do anything to remedy my situation. The other 3 wheel hubs look pristine, but for some reason the plating on LR wheel was defective. The vehicle was under a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. We have owned at least 6 Hondas over the years, several purchased from Ed Voyles.I am not happy!!!!
Lied to about service completed and that it was ready.
I had an appointment for 9:30 am for them to look at my windshield wiper fluid issue. They had to keep my car overnight for this because they were so busy, which I found ridiculous since I had an appointment. While my car was there overnight (I assume they left it unlocked on their lot), someone rifled through it, leaving belongings thrown around, and took a change purse out of my car. When I told the service manager about this (after calling 4 times) he apologized but I did not feel there was much concern about this issue.
The ONLY positive thing about this and my other visits with my 2023 Pilot Elite has been the Service Advisor, Shannon Price. She is professional and works to satisfy the customer. The rest of my experiences have been poor. Let me explain. On 6/21/24 I took my car in for the first covered maintenance. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Tech left hood latch unlocked on vehicle when I came to pick vehicle up.
