I've had better experiences. I had to do ALOT of waiting. My agent had really good customer service but my overall experience definitely could have been better.

The waiting area smelled like skunk cabbage. The service people were not that friendly. The prices could have been more reasonable.

The dealer rotated the tires but did not tighten the bolts on the wheels. I was traveling on a highway and the car started vibrating violently. I have a video and some of the bolts came off with 3 turns of the hand. The dealer was not very helpful in bringing it back.

They NEVER called to advise that the work was complete. Stressed me about Honda won't pay for the oil change I more than 15% without even checking the mileage. It's a brand new car with 5K+ miles on it. The interval is every 5K miles. I had to mentioned the seat belt recall issue to the rep. Now I know why MY car is a Tesla and not an ICE Dinosaur vehicle. Last ICE vehicle I'll ever purchase for my daughter. SMH.

dropped car off at 9 am for simple maintenance oil change rotation multipoint insertion and such came back at 12:45 car was never touched said it would be done in 1br n half to 2

The service advisor was great. The service performed was not. I am tired of having to make an additional stop at Tires Plus to correct what Honda has not taken care of properly.
