I always have a pleasant and professional service experience at Ed Voyles Honda. However, on my recent trip I found the charge of $162.79 to replace a lug nut on one of the wheels excessive.

Would have rated it excellent if I had not had to wait an an empty service advisors desk for 10 minutes, after being told that someone would attend to me in a moment, this occurred several times

Not clear what was needed for 15000 Miles maintenance service. several packages offered at different prices. The service agents Dont state what is mandated to maintain the warranty. That result in a much more costly service
