Wiring Issue Fabulous service, all the way! I was checked in by a very attentive young lady, whose desk is immediately in front of Brody Teal's desk. She kept me informed, and hunted for me when the shuttle driver arrived; very nice! Brody dealt with me, and was very polite and informative. Service on 18Mar2016 Came in for my maintenance and Marcus was my rep. I explained my services needs, handled everything with a smile, was thorough, and professional. Said my wait would be about 1hr 40 mins but it ended up being just over an hour - Great!

Always helpful Ed Voyles is the go to place for servicing our Hondas (yes, we have more than one in the family). They are always up front with what is going to be done, go the extra mile to make sure the cars stay safe, proactively letting us know about future needs so we can budget appropriately for future repairs. Don Marlowe.. what an excellent person to work with! I test drove a CR-V with Jackie and another lady that were very helpfully, friendly and knowledgeable. The purchase was for a company vehicle that was hand delivered by Don Marlowe. He was super nice and showed me around the entire car and all the gadgets.
