Ryan Burdo made the difference I never write reviews, but Ryan Burdo deserves my first one. After visiting many dealers in town, I felt so tired of the business as usual used by salespeople to get you to close a deal no matter what. Wiring Issue Fabulous service, all the way! I was checked in by a very attentive young lady, whose desk is immediately in front of Brody Teal's desk. She kept me informed, and hunted for me when the shuttle driver arrived; very nice! Brody dealt with me, and was very polite and informative. As a female, I HATE taking my car in for service, because I have had techs recommend IMMEDIATE repairs "needed"(bogus). Service on 18Mar2016 Came in for my maintenance and Marcus was my rep. I explained my services needs, handled everything with a smile, was thorough, and professional. Said my wait would be about 1hr 40 mins but it ended up being just over an hour - Great!

Very good experience He was very helpful and there was a good selection of cars at reasonable prices. He paid attention to details and gave a very complete description of the cars I was looking at.
