I sat in the Waiting Room for nearly two hours without any follow-up from my Service Advisor, David Manners. I finally stepped outside to check the status and was told he'd gone to lunch. Another SA (I believe his name was Evan??) helped resolve my minor issue, which was adding air to my tires so the warning light would go out.
The lounge was good, as I waited for my car to get services. Brody was diligent to expedite my cars services and also provided some insights on some tips
