Express Service Oil Change Pulled up to get an oil change, was greeted by a service guy who advised me that an oil change would be 2 hours so I advised I would have to come back after I eat lunch. I returned and stood there outside my car while a few service people just looked and was finally greeted by Ron. He was friendly and helpful. Transmission Check Honest service. I came in and explained the symptoms of my transmission which could have been an opportunity to charge me for something unnecessary. After diagnosis, it was explained there was nothing mechanical wrong but there was a service bulletin about a computer update that matched the symptoms which I had also seen online. New Honda Civic Good fair experience overall. Rohan was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. Constructively, it still takes too long for the while lrocess but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Oil Change and routine maitinance These guys really have their act together. Very knowledgeable and polite. The service was actually pretty fast for a Saturday. They even washed my vehicle for FREE. Very unexpected.
Trade in 2012 CR-V EX-L for a new 2015 Ed Voyles is first rate. They don't haggle, and they are always professional. They also have a sense of humor. Having bought 6 cars there, I would still go back.
