Great Service Very timely repair was in and out within an hour. Service dept very helpful and friendly. I was early for my appt and was almost finished by the initial appt time.
Very Professional Staff I received a vehicle recall letter from Honda explaining that I needed to have a software update for the Electric Power Steering system. I had not purchased my car from Ed Voyles, but the staff could not have been more professional and considerate if I had. Brody Teal was awesome! I have to say the fear of going to a Dealership for repairs is always an uneasy feeling. Brody is always excellent in making sure to keep me knowledgeable and informative on things with my car. His time expectations for repairs are prompt and he puts himself into the customer situations at all times. I will definitely keep coming to him for all my car service needs.
Helpful diagnosis My service agent was helpful and empathetic. Appreciate his work to determine a course of action. Took the time to listen to my description of the problem so he and the mechanic could identify the source of my problem.
