Refreshing!!!! I recently purchased a 2015 Odyssey from Ed Voyles. I dispise buying a car but was blown away by this dealership. I met my salesperson Heather and drove several vans. I had many questions and issues with the pricing and trade in values. Heather introduced me to the General Sales Manager John Schibi who I must say is the opposite of the stereotyped dealership manager. Best dealer and staff in Ga I recently purchased my car from Ed Voyles Honda. It was an incredibly easy process. Chason Pendley and David Pilgrim are true class acts ! They never pressured me one time. And they made sure that I got the car I wanted. I would never dream of doing business anywhere else! The selection of inventory is Huge and they made me feel like a part of the family!
Had a very good experience with Greg Saeed. Greg was very friendly, kind and informative. He answered all my questions and was patient in fully explaining how the car operated. I would not hesitate to deal with him again.
They made it easy! The hardest part of the service was figuring out where to drop off the car! Once it was there, Chris took over, listened to my concerns and called me with the diagnostics. I also worked with Eric in finance to arrange for my extended warranty. Both Chris and Eric were very knowledgable, professional and efficient. A great experience! I will not hesitate to use Ed Voyles Honda for service again.

Airborne I came in to get my airbags replaced only to discover that I'm going to have to have them replaced again... so I'm not very happy with that, however the service was fabulous I'm just not happy with the outcome

very helpful had a air bag recall. service ordered parts and called me to make appointment to get air bag replaced. very efficient and helpful. cannot remember the service person, but he did a fine job
