Carmen was AMAZING! She was attentive and friendly and gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done and then she kept me informed the entire time as my car was being serviced. I knew what was going on every step of the way and that kind of customer service is invaluable.

Left car outside the service door with keys in the night drop box. Picked it up the next afternoon in front of the new car showroom. Easy to social distance. Only thing better would have been if they had had someone pick up the car from my home and deliver it back. Had to get a ride to and from the dealership. I would have been happy to pay for the additional service.

I was very impressed with Ed Voyles Honda's new sensors that can tell if your car was aligned as soon as you pull into the service center. Shannon at the service desk was very informative and let me know that I needed an alignment and new brakes. While I waited for my oil change Mark Cohen showed me the 2020 Ridgeline. I will definitely come back with a down-payment for a new vehicle.
