For the past 10 years, I have always received excellent service at Ed Voyles Honda. This last time there were problems. The manager got involved and everything was completed okay. On Day 1, the service coordinator did an excellent job and got us a car to use. On Day 2 the coordinator was off. It seemed the coordinator that was replacing the him did not seem to know anything about our picking up our car and it went downhill. The manager fixed it. We are still very happy with Ed Voyles Honda.

Considering that I was from out of town, the service people treated me with respect. When I picked my vehicle up the girls behind the cashier desk were as friendly as the service people were respectful. It was a very positive and I would use they again if the need arises. Very, Very pleased!!!!
