Great experience !!!! Alex Julka, my salesman, showed patience and enthusiasm throughout my car buying experience even when I initially emphasized I was "just looking". He was well-informed about the cars in which I was interested and directed me to the model that met my criteria. His primary focus was on "making the customer happy" and he succeeded in doing this!!! Great experience with no high sales pressure. My son and went in to check out the Accords. Alex was very helpful in asking what features we were looking for. He showed us the different models and brought 2 cars in the colors we were interested in. We decided we liked the black with the tan interior. My experience with Ed Voyles I booked a car in Ed Voyles that was due in 2 weeks. However for some reason the car did not arrive on time. During that time I received tremendous support from Ed Voyles especially from Rohan and Trevon. I really appreciate the way they heard the problems I was facing and tried their best to help me. They even gave me a car on loan since I sold my existing car assuming that the booked car will be delivered in 2 weeks. Really appreciate their help.
