My experience with Ed Voyles I booked a car in Ed Voyles that was due in 2 weeks. However for some reason the car did not arrive on time. During that time I received tremendous support from Ed Voyles especially from Rohan and Trevon. I really appreciate the way they heard the problems I was facing and tried their best to help me. They even gave me a car on loan since I sold my existing car assuming that the booked car will be delivered in 2 weeks. Really appreciate their help.
Oil change I had a great experience at this Honda. I am new to the area and my representative Lisandra Laudato aiding in making my experience wonderful.
Customer service Alex was great. He really went the extra mile by personally dropping of the car at our home. This allowed him to spend all the time needed to go over the new mini van. Good people. Low stress. Internet enabled. I was looking for the new 2018 Honda Fit. But I wanted the top of the line configuration, There were none to be found in GA, only surrounding states. I could see the cars coming in on the Honda site and Ed Voyles had one inbound that I was interested in. Ryan gave me an estimate of when it would arrive. Fantastic I just bought my first new car from Ed Voyles Honda . The experience was quick and Ryan Ready was professional and answered all of my questions. I told him I was deciding between two cars but he knew that I deep down had already made my mind up on the 2017 Civic Hatchback Sport. I liked that because it really helped me confirm that he was right. The car is beautiful and I am very excited about my it.
