Great service! The people at Ed Voyles Honda were friendly and helpful. Don Marlowe was able to answer questions and help me figure out which car worked best for me. He also showed me how to use all of the technology in my new car! I would have been so confused without that!

Sales person and staff The sales person who greeted me and staff were very friendly and courteous. I was offered a test drive which I accepted. That test drive actually sold me on the vehicle I purchased.

Satisfied customer Mark welcomed me with no appointment and showed genuine interest in my business. He was fully acquainted with the auto trims and features and once the deal was done he did not walked away. On the contrary, he spent additional time walking me through the use and care of my new auto. I came out with new auto, a deal that met my expectations, and a plan of use and care for my new vehicle.
Simple oil change Came in for an oil change on Saturday morning without an appointment but had to wait 2-1/2 hours. It didn't really seem that busy. When I got into my Ridgeline to leave, my seat had been jacked up and I hit my head and the a/c settings had been changed. It took several minutes to discover and change all my setting back. What a pain and was all that necessary for an oil change?
Well done! Mark was fantastic throughout when I was buying my new Fit. He was thorough, professional and made the process fun. He walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable with all my new gadgets. Will definitely recommend him and Ed Voyles to anyone looking for a new car.
