We checked in at 7:45 for an 8:00 a.m. service. We waited 2.5 hours for a oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Is this normal? We were not told at check in how long the service call would take. No one kept us informed during the 2.5 hour wait. I had to ask to speak to someone to check on the status of the service after we waited 2 hours. We were not happy when we left.
