Not my best experience here, which is where I regularly go. They forgot to reset my service clock on the car, so now I get a constant reminder to get my car serviced, even though I just did. And the checkout ladies need some lessons in customer service.

The work done on mycar car was 5 start however, the treatment I received from the Service Rep was not. I arrived on time for my scheduled appoitnment was was shown to one specifics service desk. The rep was busy dealing with other customers and literally ignored me standing there for about 15 minutes. There were other service reps who were not busy at all so I asked if they could help me.
