Work done quickly and completed correctly
For the past 10 years, I have always received excellent service at Ed Voyles Honda. This last time there were problems. The manager got involved and everything was completed okay. On Day 1, the service coordinator did an excellent job and got us a car to use. On Day 2 the coordinator was off. It seemed the coordinator that was replacing the him did not seem to know anything about our picking up our car and it went downhill. The manager fixed it. We are still very happy with Ed Voyles Honda.
