Great experience in getting new 2017 Accord After 14 years of dependability from my 2003 Accord it was time for an up date. My first thought was Ed Voyles Honda where I have been buying cars since the '70s. Reached out to Don Marlowe and he quickly responded that the remaining 2017s were moving quickly. First Time Leasing I walked into the new car department and was immediately greeted and seated by Frank, who helped me a great deal with leasing my 2017 CR-V LX even though I'm a first time leaser. After getting the estimates and details of the car, Greg at Finances took over and painstakingly answered all my questions and worked with me to get me the lease I can afford, even after seeing my short credit history. Overall fantastic service and I definitely felt welcomed.
2018 honda accord Alex was my salesman. He did a very thorough job in making sure that he explained to me all of the gadgets and technology features on my new car. He also kept me informed along the way during the car buying process.

Recall Work Work was completed while I waited with no pressure to complete any other work. I was asked if I needed anything else. I said no and they said OK. I've had experiences in the past where I would get a lot of pressure to do other work making me reluctant to bring the car in even for recall work. No problems at Ed Voyles Honda. Thank you!
No worries My old Honda finally died after 306,000, but it didn't happen at a very ideal time. Working with Leon LaVaude was easy. Rohan was also helpful, and I had no problems with the financing the new car. I already knew what make and model I wanted so the only issue was finding a color that worked. Overall the experience was smooth.

Excellent customer service 2017 Honda Pilot needed to be repaired under warranty. Typically in the past, warranty repairs have been less than pleasant. As if I am at fault for wanting my car in the best condition. Guessing it is due to the fact that the service center is not making money. However, THIS time was least painless as possible as they treated me well and apologized for any and all inconveniences. Ed Price and Shannon Price were helpful, pleasant and went over the top to make this car like new.
