Fantastic customer service Shane Eimerman is the best sales person I have ever met. He is professional, helpful, and he is not pushy. I visited this dealership 2 months ago, with my aunt, on a Saturday. The store was very busy, however, right away, Shane greeted me at the door. Patient, kind, and informative staff Marc Ross was the salesman who handled the sale of my daughter's first car. He was ideal-helpful but not pushy or overbearing. The finances were handled very quickly and consistently with our budget in mind. I visited three different Honda dealerships before making the purchase and came back to Ed Voyles because they had the best team.
