Great overall experience! After owning our Honda Odyssey for over 11 years, we decided to buy a new one. The moment we stepped in the door there were smiles and greetings from the whole staff. Personnel All the personnel were extremely helpful, very courteous and not the usual pushy salesman. Jackie Herndon, the saleswoman, took her time to explain in detail the features this new vehicle had. 201 CRV Purchase Alex Julka was my salesperson. very professional and knowledgeable. followed thru on details. good teamwork. service oriented. He went the extra mile for me in coming to my home to show me how to use features since I picked up the car when he was not there.
