Very professional, kept me informed of their findings.
Although I had made an appointment 2 weeks before my service appointment on Saturday, a simple oil change took almost 4 hours while I waited. Not a good experience.

I had to get my car towed here because the Honda dealership I bought my car from forgot to give me the wheel lock key. We asked them to just put the spare on so we could drive it to a collision repair shop, but instead the technicians put a brand new tire on and then charged $250 for it. Thanks for the new tire but it's not what I asked for.
