Great experience everytime! GREAT SERVICE EACH AND EVERY VISIT THAT I BRING IN MY 2013 HONDA CIVIC THERE IS NOT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP I WOULD CONSIDER TAKING MY CAR THERE ARE OTHERS IN MY AREA BUT I CHOOSE TO DRIVE 30 MILES EACH WAY JUST TO COME TO ED VOYLES WONDERFUL STAFF.
No gimmicks I appreciated the honesty. All too often there are so many traps out there when buying a new car. I feel like I have to be constantly on guard. This was a great experience because everybody was honest and open about things. I didn't feel like they were trying to hit me with add ons that I didn't need. They knew what I was looking for and they helped me out with getting what I wanted.
#Enjoyed working a deal with Dannie Carter Dannie has an amazing amount of knowledge of the Honda products. He knew more about the touch screen system than my brain could take in, but I'm not worried, I'll call Dannie and he will walk me through it. Completely enjoyable experence!
Over-all Well Cared for I was able to bring in my Civic for a maintenance check as soon as the notice came up, and I really appreciate being able to do that for my own peace of mind. When I am there I know I'm in capable hands and whatever my vehicle needs is going to be taken care of. My service consultant, Marvin Bushay, was great and he made sure to check in with me while I was waiting. They also have a very comfortable waiting area.
A WIN-WIN! Dean was AWESOME! He was very knowledgable and worked hard to find my daughter just the right car. We even drove hours to get it!
Be back saturday I had such a wonderful experience I will be back saturday to buy my son a car. Look forward to doing business with Gene again.
