Dannie is the man. Our experience was really easy. Dannie was excellent, attentive to our needs, and easy to work with. Greg in finance was also fantastic. He even called us the day after our purchase when he found a better interest rate we qualified for. My wife rushed over to sign the new paperwork. I consider that above and beyond and we really appreciate the extra effort. We live super close to you guys and this is our 4th Honda. Excellent Service Experience I made an appointment for service on my 2012 Honda Odyssey with Steve Bryars, When I arrived, he listened to my needs, made recommendations, and clearly described all procedures and charges. I left my car over night and Steve called me the next morning about 9 am to say that my car had been repaired and was ready for pickup. Service Oil Outstanding customer service & follow up with Steve Bryers. This appointment dealt with simply oil change, last visit dealt with engine trouble Steve walked me thru process, thought originally it was an expensive repair - turned out to be a $500 engine sync. Steve keep me updated on the evaluation and costs.
My experience was very positive and straightforward I am giving Ed Voyles Honda high marks for efficiency and especially enjoyed doing business with Jackie Herndon. I added a few wrinkles and it did not seem to bother her in the least.
Excellent car buying experience Sales consultant, Dannie, was friendly and knowledgeable. Finance manager, Greg, was equally easy to work with. Buying cars is not my favorite experience but both of these employees helped make it a relatively pain-free experience!
Excellent salesmen and service. I'm an out of state buyer who visited the dealership from the greater Birmingham area on Sunday, 25 March in order to purchase a 2018 HR-V in EX-L trim.
