polite and efficient Their new service facility and customer waiting area is comfortable. Gregory, my service tech, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Their shuttle driver, Valerie, drove me to the mall and back so that I could run errands while my car was being worked on.
Best Car Buying Experience Ever Don Marlowe was my sales person, and he was professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly to me, he let me decide what I wanted and needed, and did not inject any pressure into the buying experience. He helped me understand the pros and cons of the features I was looking at (ex. Navi vs. Apple Car Play), and located the vehicle I wanted. Smooth process. Great service. Joe was extremely pleasant to work with. I went there to buy a car that day and came out with one with no trouble. He has been very helpful since I took the car home, answering any calls and questions that I have had. I would highly recommend Joe and Ed Voyles Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car. The document signing piece with Greg was also really smooth and painless.
