My first less than stellar experience at Ed Voyles. The car was brought around after completion. Nothing was mentioned about needing anything until I left the premises and looked more carefully at the multipoint checklist and bill, which said I needed new engine and cabin air filters. So I decided to change those myself at a lower cost. So actually the experience did me a favor in saving money. They really roll out service in a big way. They provided a roundtrip Uber while they repaired my car. They also provided an honest and thorough assessment of my car's needs at a fair price.
Excellent experience! My appointment was not entered correctly, they provided same day service regardless. The inspection was critical in the assessment of a CR-V EXL purchase. I'll be back!
