Great service, don't mind the renovation work Went for service having gone to another Honda dealer for years. Was able to easily book appointment on line. Pulled straight in and was immediately helped on the day of service. The representative (Marvin Bushay) was the epitome of professional. Respectful and helpful to customers and co-workers. Top tier.
Painless Alex was very knowledgeable about the CR-V and focused on our wants. I did not feel pressured at all. He showed us all the features of the Touring and EX-L so we could make the best decision for us. He set up all the controls for us, set the seat, set the tailgate height and the seat belt.
Wonderful! This dealership is wonderful and my experience was wonderful! Clint took very good care of me and I'd highly recommend him. He was very patient and knowledgeable!
Flat tire fix David was very helpful and explained everything well. The car was fixed to my satisfaction. It took a little longer than I was expecting, but there were a lot of people waiting. It was a little pricier than I was hoping for. I was disappointed the service plan I prepaid for did not cover the bill.
Good Deal on Accord Mark was my salesman. He was not overly pushy and worked with me to find the options I wanted. Mark took time to go over all the features of car and answer all my questions. Rohan, the sales manager, was great. He was able to get the price I wanted and was great to work with! Greeted quickly. Staff was attentive. Estimate was spot on. I almost did not go in for my required service since there was heavy construction but the signs were helpful for directions to the temporary service bay. Was greeted quickly by David. My Honda CRV was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The estimate was exactly what I ended up paying for service.
