They are very nice but this is the second time I got an oil change and "multipoint inspection" , tire rotation, etc, and they completely missed the window washer fluid. It was completely empty, and still is! (this is the second time it's happened. Argghh.) otherwise, very nice. The problem with this kind of mistake is that I wonder about other stuff....like, I hope they really changed the oil!

First time to give 5 stars to Ed Voyles Honda service department. I had researched the issue and found that Honda had extended the warranty on this particular part (torque converter.) Part was replaced at zero charge. Additionally, the service rep' was very helpful in finding and affordable rental car to use while repair was being made.
My service representative was awesome
It was a good. The first time I was there the staff was very friendly and very polite.
