Good experience Despite some small initial hiccups in the ordering process and with the accessories that needed to be installed in my 2019 Honda Pilot EXL, Ed Voyles Honda employees worked collectively to solve pending items and address issues that cropped up in the first few weeks of ownership. Overall pleased with the experience and happy with my 2019 Honda Pilot EXL.
Great Service I took my crv the Ed Voyles on the weekend. They replaced the battery very quickly. I was in and out in no time. Everyone was so attentive and courteous. My service agent was very knowledgeable and helpful and the gentleman who took my car was extremely nice. Their customer service is exceptional.
The 45,000 mark maintenance Everyone I came in contact with was nice, helpful and professional, especially Shannon Price. I had to return the next day to have a part replaced and my experience was the same.
Service is Top Notch Oil change Rob Stover is my service manager. He has been overseeing the care and maintenance on my vehicle since 2009. Under his guidance, I feel that my car is thoroughly examined and any service issues are dealt with in a thorough and professional manner. I speak often and quite highly of Rob Stover and Ed Voyles Honda to others.
Good Salespeople Really Do Make A Difference My family and I took many months to narrow down our car search to the Honda CR-V EX 2WD. We visited several different dealerships and ended up returning to the dealership where our search began, Ed Voyles Honda.
