The manager of my car was excellent. He kept me informed.
My service advisor is Cristian. I would give her a 5 for listening and taking care of the repair and communicate promptly. However, I am not pleased that I had to go back to the service dept a 2nd time (although at no charge) due to a part that was improperly installed, thus causing issue.
