World Class Service As always, the service advisor, David Manner, and the technician provide timely and professional as I have come to expect at Ed Voyle. I'll be back whenever my Pilot or CRV need attention.

New car and service Great people to work with, both sales and service. Very knowledgeable and helpful in buying a new car. The service and maintenance persons I have been dealing with for years are excellent.

New pilot purchase Purchased new car. Dealership was prompt in showing new cars for test drive, and non pushy when giving me time to decide on which brand to buy. Prices were good too, with out haggling.

Outstanding customer service and great experience. This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. I worked with Mark Whitaker this time and he did an outstanding job from initial introduction to closing the transaction. I found him to be very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. He had excellent follow through...not too much and not too little. We will need another car in the next couple of years and I will definitely go back to Mark again based on his service for the second Honda.

Overall good sales team, good service. But.. So, the experience is very complicated. And really, it has to do with Honda of America, and not so much with Ed Voyles and its staff. When I bought my car, the process was a little interesting because the first salesman was new. He didnt know anything or very little about the car. But Joseph Leggitt, took over and I have to say, this guy is honest as it can get, and bends over backwards to help find a solution to whatever your needs are. Fast and Attentive I was in the market for a new car, did my research, and knew exactly what I wanted. Ed Voyles Honda had it. Jackie was fantastic to work with. She was extremely fast to respond and didn't waste my time. Very easy to work with, unlike other sales staff at other dealerships I've contacted in the metro area. Great experience! Joe was great to work with from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping us compare vehicles. He spent a lot of time with us and made the car purchase process as painless as possible. Alex was also great, he made the final steps quick and easy. We will certainly be back for future car purchases.

Best dealership to buy a car! Once we finally decided on getting a Honda Accord we started out just looking! Then we went to Ed Voyles Honda and not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable but they gave you space to decide exactly what would work for you.
