Good job fixing fuel pump under recall. Actual service took place on 1/3/2025.
I appreciated that my service advisor didn't try to pressure me to spend money on items not needed. I felt that he actually cared about my pockets.
The whole visit to the dealership went smoothly. I was really happy to find that the lug nuts on my wheels were torqued properly this time and I did not have to use an impact wrench to loosen them.
Car is functioning well now, with the presenting issue seemingly resolved. Unfortunately, the service took much longer than estimated (took more than a day, when quoted a half day/3.5 hours), and I had very little communication regarding the status of the service. I heard nothing, calling once at the end of the day, then texting, without response. I didn't hear anything until after my second phone call, and was told it would not be available until the next day.
