They are very nice but this is the second time I got an oil change and "multipoint inspection" , tire rotation, etc, and they completely missed the window washer fluid. It was completely empty, and still is! (this is the second time it's happened. Argghh.) otherwise, very nice. The problem with this kind of mistake is that I wonder about other stuff....like, I hope they really changed the oil!
