Do to an emergency service required in Chicago over Thanksgiving I had discovered that the brake fluid should have been changed at 30,000 mile service and it was not. I queried the service person when I brought my car in this time and he waffled about how Chicago must be different than Atlanta but changed the brake fluid at this service.

I have historically disliked working with dealerships. When I moved to Atlanta I no longer had a good mechanic so I went to Ed Voyles. I have been very pleasantly surprised and will continue to use them

I was not happy With the service representative. I feel like he did not keep in touch with me enough. I had to call him to find out what was going on.
