My car had just over 2500 miles when I brought it in for an oil change, which the system said I needed. The service man told me I should also have my tires rotated. Both services on my Bill said that I had requested the service. The Bill, to my estimation, was very high.

Quality customer service. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than other places, but I know they will always do a good job and fix it right the first time or back up their work to make sure it is right.

The service over all was very good but due to the wait time being 2 and a half hours it makes me not want to come back. There was a lot of confusion not only from me but other customers we had no idea how to retrieve our vehicles nor how long it would take to. I was helped by several people but I still have to wait almost 45 minutes after I paid and was told my car was ready just for someone to allow me to ask about my vehicle. Maybe it was just a busy day.
Service was fine, and the wait time was somewhat reasonable.
Great service and he was very professional. Customer service excellance.
