While the wait was longer than they said, which really is true at every car service department, it was reasonable. I do wish the tech would reset the car's electronic reminder on my dashboard after a service call. But, again, almost every car service department misses this last step. Perhaps it isn't on their check off list.

Awesome service from the guys at Ed Voyles Honda. They do a great job and are transparent with any device needed and won't charge for something not needed. A trustworthy dealership and service department.

On time for my appt. Very thoroughly explained issues for which I came, up front about repair costs and told me precisely time duration for the repairs. Also offered a very comfortable, inviting environment for the wait.

The person that took my appointment wasn't very accurate with the date that she gave me appointment, because I was disappointed when I got there she did not have me on the books, but overall service was good.
