Very professional and friendly service
excellent service as always. I drive from the Georgia mountains (2 hour drive to Ed Voyles on Cobb Parkway since 1980)
While the wait was longer than they said, which really is true at every car service department, it was reasonable. I do wish the tech would reset the car's electronic reminder on my dashboard after a service call. But, again, almost every car service department misses this last step. Perhaps it isn't on their check off list.
Awesome service from the guys at Ed Voyles Honda. They do a great job and are transparent with any device needed and won't charge for something not needed. A trustworthy dealership and service department.

On time for my appt. Very thoroughly explained issues for which I came, up front about repair costs and told me precisely time duration for the repairs. Also offered a very comfortable, inviting environment for the wait.
