Excellent service adviser. She was one of the best I have had at Ed Voyles. She correctly estimated my wait time and kept me informed. She is an asset to Ed Voyles.
I called the service line and got a late appointment, all via the automated system. I arrived and was attended to promptly. However, I came in for an oil change and was made aware that my tires needed attention. I approved the new tires and alignment, and though I was the last customer in the waiting area, Gregory and other personnel checked on me often. I appreciate the service and ability to get what I needed in the evening hours.
I have never had a bad experience at Ed Voyles. My service manager Todd is just outstanding. Sometimes I am on a time crunch and he will get me in and out out there. The atmosphere is great and the work that has been done to my suv has been top notch
