I’m fairly happy with the service overall, except that the two previous times my transmission was serviced the vent was not cleaned, the second time I requested that it be checked and was not. If it had been checked and cleaned the inspection cap would not have blown out and I would not have needed to have had it serviced this third time. The first time an experienced mechanic should have known to without a request, the second time not only should he know to do so, he did not after it was requested. Marvin and his team did a great job. Only issue is that it took 3 hours when I was the 3rd in line in the morning

I always feel like I’m always waiting at the dealership for forever, however the attendant who was helping me, Katie, was great and very informative on what was happening with my vehicle. And my car issue was resolved so pleased since another dealership was not able to catch what was wrong.

Repair and wait time were good. Pricing was reasonable and waiting area was nice. Upon arrival I was not greeted by anyone and waited near my car for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They were not serving other customers but were standing around talking and laughing together. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star visit.
