The sales person was professional and knowledgeable. He offered different options and help us to make the decision.
I’m fairly happy with the service overall, except that the two previous times my transmission was serviced the vent was not cleaned, the second time I requested that it be checked and was not. If it had been checked and cleaned the inspection cap would not have blown out and I would not have needed to have had it serviced this third time. The first time an experienced mechanic should have known to without a request, the second time not only should he know to do so, he did not after it was requested. Marvin and his team did a great job. Only issue is that it took 3 hours when I was the 3rd in line in the morning
Marvin was was extremely personable and welcoming. The work done on my vehicle was excellent.
Mr. Shedrick in the Service Dept is a true gem. Honest and always helpful, he is the reason I use this particular Honda location for service on my car.
