Everything went great. They were able to fix my car same day. Great customer service. Couldn’t recommend Todd Howard enough
Service Rep was great! It took about two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, but that was to be expected since I made a same-day appointment. Their waiting area is very comfortable with plenty of outlets for laptop plug-ins, so I basically worked from there while waiting. They also have a 'shuttle' option, if you prefer not to wait. I purchased my car from this location six years ago and this is my preference for all my service needs. They do a great job!
The work was completed efficiently while we waited for completion. We were appraised of work needed, which we discussed with service department and given updates from time to time. The dealership is a very pleasant place to spend 3 hours. It is comfortable and the coffee is good. The restrooms are so clean they are sparkly. That's why we keep returning. The service department writer is Karim Easley.
The people at the dealership are very helpful and professional, David Manner is always very courteous and provides excellent service. Spence was very helpful with assistance of sister who is in a wheelchair.
Very professional, super customer friendly and attention to details. Will recommen to family and friends.
I have not purchased nor serviced my automobiles anywhere else since I discovered Ed Voyles in the 1970s. It is a great dealership and always makes me feel honored, respected and valued.
