Went in for a routine service with a few things to look at. Got in and out quickly. Ed Voyles Honda has always treated us like that for the last 12 years.
Do to an emergency service required in Chicago over Thanksgiving I had discovered that the brake fluid should have been changed at 30,000 mile service and it was not. I queried the service person when I brought my car in this time and he waffled about how Chicago must be different than Atlanta but changed the brake fluid at this service.
