Professional and understanding sales team. The whole buying process including finance took less than one hour.
Over all the dealership was nice and simple to find . But like some other Honda dealership they don’t offer complementary drinks to the customers that are waiting

Everyone was pleasant and helpful, especially Marvin. The shuttles were incredibly helpful. I was very impressed with the service overall.
My service advisor Marvin Bushay was excellent. He made sure I understaood what the issue was, what it would take to fix it and that I could ask questions at any time. I moved further away but would return to this location because of the high quality service from Marvin. The shuttle ride also made it easy to get over there and back.
Ed Voyles service is always the best. My advisor, David Manner is personable, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them.

Moved up to Kennesaw 7 years ago and still drive back to Voyles for service because of "my" service rep David Manner. I always get advice and service recommendations from him that I trust. Never feel pressured to do things...his approach to wait and see if there really is an issue sometimes instead of spending $$$ is great customer service. He helps me keep my van running safely and efficiently.
Always good service but this time they did not reset radio and phone after they replaced battery. Luckily I have a good neighbor who knew how to reset otherwise I would have had to go back to dealer.
