My service advisor Marvin Bushay was excellent. He made sure I understaood what the issue was, what it would take to fix it and that I could ask questions at any time. I moved further away but would return to this location because of the high quality service from Marvin. The shuttle ride also made it easy to get over there and back.

Moved up to Kennesaw 7 years ago and still drive back to Voyles for service because of "my" service rep David Manner. I always get advice and service recommendations from him that I trust. Never feel pressured to do things...his approach to wait and see if there really is an issue sometimes instead of spending $$$ is great customer service. He helps me keep my van running safely and efficiently.

Always good service but this time they did not reset radio and phone after they replaced battery. Luckily I have a good neighbor who knew how to reset otherwise I would have had to go back to dealer.
